Recos core business is the manufacture of Polyurethane Foam. We manufacture a wide range of density foam for the domestic and overseas market. Our foam is used in the Furniture, Bedding, Automotive, Electronic Packaging industry. To meet the demand of these industries, foams of various densities durability and tensile strength are our core product.

Our main customer base is the Furniture Manufacturer. About 80% of our foam is sold to furniture manufacturers; 20% is used by the bedding, automotive and packaging industries. Apart from the foam that is widely used in the local market, we also manufacture a range of specialized foam for the US and European market.

Fire Retardant foam (popularly known as FR foam) mainly for the US markets, meets the requirement of the furniture and furnishing requirement of the US Government. Another of our specialized foam known as CMHR foam is used only in the European market.

Being an industrial foam manufacturer Recos provides a wide range of services to our customers. Computerized cutting machine, provides pre-cut foam to meet the needs & requirements of our customers. Pre-cut foam of various shapes & sizes tailor made to suit the needs of our customers are routine services.

Our success comes from our position as a niche player, producing foam & providing services that our customers need. We avoid doing finished products that directly compete with our customers.
